The Biltmore Great South Florida Wine Festival

Friday April 11 to Sunday April 13 2003 - featuring the 8th annual South Florida Fine Wine Live Auction and Gala Dinner honoring Bernard de Nonancourt of Champagne Laurent-Perrier.

At the Biltmore Hotel, 1200 Anastasia Avenue, Coral Gables.

Day One - Friday April 11^th
Winemakers' Golf Classic
This best ball tournament at the Biltmore Country Club kicks off the three-day festival. After the tournament, enjoy lunch on the back terrace of the Biltmore Hotel

Grand Wine and Food Tasting
Feast your senses on delectable wines presented by more that twenty-five of South Florida's top chefs. The the VIP tasting, limited to 200 guests, all the festival wineries will feature rare and reserve wines in addition to their regular selections.

Day Two - Saturday April 12^th
The Great South Florida Fine Wine Live Auction and Gala Dinner
Begins with a champagne reception and silent auction and continues with a luscious dinner by our celebrity chefs. Renowned auctioneers Fritz Hatton and Ursula Hermacinski lead one of the country's top wine auctions.

International Wine and Food Dinner Dance Gala
Enjoy a gourmet mean with our celebrity chefs and the company of a winery representative. Dance the night away to the sounds of live entertainment - features a silent auction.

Day Three - Sunday April 13th^th
Interactive Culinary Fest
A smash hit of a way to wrap up the festival, this yearly favorite is back and will lead the fun while a winery representative at your table offers insights into wine and food pairings. Features a silent auction and a mini live auction.
