Are there any restrictions when ordering from you?
You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase wine, spirits or
beer. By placing your order you have represented to Cellars Wine &
Spirits Warehouse that you are at 21. All wines, spirits or beer
delivered must be received by an adult of legal drinking age. All
first time orders will be required to submit proof of age via
email or fax.
Is there a minimum order?

To maintain the highest level of
customer service, Cellars Wine & Spirits Warehouse requires a
minimum order of $100.00 to be shipped to a single location. All
orders will be confirmed via email and processed within two
business days of receipt. We will contact you by the end of the
next business day if there are any problems with your order.
Place an order right now on this site by
using your Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express. All
information is secured under our company security policy.
Can I order in other ways?
Yes, by phone or by visiting our store

Are all your
goods in stock right now?
Please note that in the instances of older vintages and fine and
rare wines, availability in many cases is extremely limited. We
will do our best to fill your order but cannot be held responsible
if an item is not available at that time.
Do you accept special orders?
If we do not have the item that you are looking for we would be
happy to try and special order it for you. Please note that all
special orders are done in full case quantities only.
Do you have a guarantee?
We guarantee the utmost in quality merchandise and exceptional
service. Please let us know if for any reason you feel that your
expectations have not been met. Our first priority is you, our
customer, and we will do all that we can to ensure that you are
satisfied with Cellars Wine & Spirits Warehouse in every way.
Is it safe to give you my email address?
Cellars Wine & Spirits Warehouse holds the highest respect for its
customers and guarantees our firm commitment to your privacy. We
do not sell any of the information provided by you to any other
institutions. By registering with us you will automatically be
added to our mailing list but you do have the option to opt out.
If at any time you would like to be removed from our list,
simply contact us and you will be removed.
What about my credit card information?
As a customer you reserve the right to be concerned about the
security of your credit card information. Please be assured that
your financial information is sent to us via encrypted data and
can therefore not be received or deciphered by other merchants or
individuals. Cellars Wine & Spirits Warehouse has taken the steps
to ensure your security by installing VeriSign.

If you are still not comfortable with releasing your credit card
information via our website, you may call 954-764-4764 after
placing your order. Please note that no orders will be considered
complete until payment has been submitted.
Are there various shipping options I can
choose?
You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase wine, spirits or
beer. By placing your order you have represented to Cellars Wine &
Spirits Warehouse that you are at least 21.
We offer three shipping options:
Ground Service – approximately 2-5 business days in transit.
Air Service – 1-2 business days in transit.
Local Delivery – Broward, Dade & Palm Beach Counties only.
Remember - you must be over 21 to purchase
wine, spirits or beer and all deliveries must be received
by an adult of legal drinking age.
Please note that your shipping costs are estimated. Actual costs
will be confirmed with you when your order is placed.
Do you ship throughout the USA?
At the moment, we are only allowed to
ship within the State of Florida. If this
changes, we will announce this on our website.
What about breakages?
1% of the total purchase price will automatically be added to your
order to cover any breakage or loss that may occur. If you would
like to decline this coverage please uncheck the acceptance box on
the shipping form. By waiving the coverage you relinquish Cellars
Wine & Spirits Warehouse of any and all responsibility of breakage
or loss that may occur to your order.
How soon will you confirm my order?
All orders will be confirmed via email and processed with two
business days. We will contact you by the end of the next business
day if there are any problems with your order.
What other services do you offer?
At Cellars Wine & Spirits Warehouse we pride ourselves on customer
service, when we think of customer service it does not stop at our
sales associates simply assisting in the placing of an order for a
case of wine, spirits or beer. There are a number of other
services that we offer our customers and we hope that you will
take advantage of them and the expertise of our staff. Please
contact us for the estimate in doing any of these services.
Can you help with party planning?
Whether you are planning a dinner party for four or a wedding or
party for 500 let us help in choosing the perfect wines for the
occasion. We will work with all caterers to develop the perfect
wine pairings for your menu.
I'm moving and I'm concerned about my
collection.
If you are moving, your wine collection is a precious
commodity that you want different people packing your delicate
bottles of wine than the ones packing your kitchen. Members of our
staff or affiliates would be happy to pack your collection
securely in Styrofoam shipping boxes that we can supply and
arrange for a refrigerated truck to move your cellar safely to its
new home. We can even inventory the items for you so you have a
complete and updated list of the items you have.
Can you tell me the value of my collection?
Do you have a wine cellar that has grown over the years?
Simply supply us with a list and we would be happy to help you
with current estimates and the value of your wines.
