1 carton (8 ounces) sour cream
½ cup mayonnaise
¼ cup crumbled goat cheese
¼ cup half and half
1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh parsley
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
1. In bowl, combine all ingredients; mix until blended.
2. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour to allow flavors to blend. Serve
with French-fried potatoes or roasted potato wedges.
